Cancellation / Refund Policy

No refund will be paid 24 before departure of postponed.

Cancellations request will be considered before 36 hours on date of journey, if such type of cancellation it should be 30% cancellation charges deduct on total amount. Remaining balance it will be transfer to customer account with in 5 working days.

Online Tickets can be cancelled through only Email which you used for booking. Send us cancelled ticket with all details to our Email: info@papikondalu.in

Terms and Conditions

This passenger should come to premises travels before 30 minutes.

The company shall not be in any way responsible for any loss of goods property of the passengers while travelling.

The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to break down of the vehicle or other reason beyond the control of the company.

Additional facility ,if fails we are not responsible such case amount will not be refunded.

If have any circumstances(Bad Weather, Floods, Bandh , any Technical problems and other reasons etc..) Then The company should be full Authority to cancellation of tour. such type of cancellations we will inform to you. than we shall be refund of amount transfer to customer accounts within 3 (or) 6 working days.

All disputes are Rajahmundry Jurisdiction only.
